Learn, Be Well, Be Inspired
Usually every month, a Wellness Workshop will be held for the residents from both Assisted and Independent Living. It may be an informative time of learning about a particular health issue, hearing stories and having discussion about everyday practices that can enhance ones quality of life, or hearing from a guest speaker and being challenged and inspired. We often host special speakers as part of our Wellness Workshops series, and you are welcome to join us for them!
